That's what the weekly Greek newspaper, "Real News", reports, which refers to "Express" newspaper in Pristina. Despite these reports, the Greek authorities have not sought the assistance of the Kosovo Police

Consequently Kosovo Police is not known if the fugitive Greek prisons located in Kosovo, says spokesman Baki Kelani.

The "winter" of the Albanian and Greek relations ended!

"The winter is over and summer will come soon in Greek-Albanian relations." This is the title of an article in which Edi Rama, the winner if the June 23st parliamentary elections winner dedicates the prestigious "Kathimerini" greek newspaper.

"The feeling that has been created by the choices both within and outside the country, is that a new political change began, taking away power from the hands of one man and giving it to all the peopleafter many years."

Asked how the government would act to warm his frozen relations of the two countries, especially after irredentist rhetoric of his predecessor, Edi Rama replies that the new cabinet under his leadership will have priority in unlocking the border agreement sea between Greece and Albania, respecting both convictions and willingness to each other.

According to Rama, live in different time ago and can not benefit from joint arrangements unless we change. What is now called the game and energy that is open in our region, is a game that can be played well, if we can show that we have a spirit, a regional spirit

"Albania in these difficult and interesting moments have to update the way she sees Europe, but also how Europe sees her. In this context, Athens and Tirana have a major role to play, "said Rama..

Asked how he responds to rumors that say they will retaliate against its political opponents, the new Albanian prime minister, replied that after such a triumph in the elections, people require a major change, a new spirit and a new policy exercise.

"The dramatic period of governing this country with a Prime Minister who was also President of the State, the head of justice, Attorney General, head of the Secret Service, and even the director of the State Television is closed once and for all by the Albanian people last Sunday" he said adding that the Albanians have entered a new era with their freedom will and this doesn't have a return.

According to "Kathimerini" Berisha delayed three days to accept the result of the loss, but even though this action is delayed indication that democracy in Albania has shown signs of its maturity after all that has faced in the past 22 years and that the peaceful transition of the juridiction will give a new dynamic to the EU integration.

"Artistic" obsession of Prime Minister Rama

Makthi artistik i Kryeministrit Rama
Mustafa Nano - Two journalists of the known French portal  Le Courrier des Balkans (which focuses on Balkan issues), and Jean-Philippe Arnault Bertinchamps Dérens have been in Albania Election Day. In the evening they were able to get an interview with Rama, although counting had not yet started, the former was sure to win.

And interview were quickly published in their website, under the heading "Edi Rama, Prime Minister and death." Death? But why death? For a moment in a conversation with French journalists at the end of that conversation, Rama says something that they were rightly impressed. Here's what Rama said literally: "I was not made through policy Rama. Rama I was before. If i stay [in politics], is to do something. I have a problem with death. Comes from the fact that I am an artist. I have a problem with death and history. I want to leave a name. I don't care for the rest. I do politics to combat the idea of death. "

It is an interesting answer, you can't say. A catchy response. Rama is that he has not discussed his clear idea with French journalists. It is about a conversation quite hot, making just a few moments after the polls closed before you start counting the votes, while former taut Rama, exhausted, turned off. But it said that there is one thing that has escaped. Not that he gave impromptu brain like idea. It has been thinking about it.

He said that to me too, I had a rendezvous after meeting with Breaking the "historic" the Lalzi ('s last rendezvous I had with him). I do not remember how the conversation came, but it is not surprising that after Lalzi To speak and the motivations someone to deal with politics. And Rama spoke about the problem he has with history. "I want to leave a mark, a mark that remains even when I am not," he said, more or less. And it seemed that he told that to me in the most naive way possible. Or so it seemed to me, because I'm myself naive? I have no idea. We did not talk about death, however. This problem somewhat with the death i just learned it from the interview with the Frenchs!

Is there anything surprising in this matter? No, no. Each of us has a problem with death. Each of us dragged back into the life of the nightmare of death, the desire of us comes from the gut, to leave a trace that remains eternally. According to me, the most dramatic Berisha this nightmare. You know why I think this? Because it hides the fact that there is a problem with death. In an interview that I got him three days before the 2005 election, one of the questions (were 125 questions, which ask for short answers) was: What do you think about death. And the answer was entrancing Berisha: It's the thing that worries me less. According to me, he lied. And thanks God he lied. Imagine that it would be true that "death is the thing that worries him less than everything in this world." Brrrr!

But let's get back to Rama. According to me, that's a problem at the “problem of Rama with death and with the history”. There is a problem not onl of Rama. I say this, because the way Rama tells it
, means that all the inspirations, motivations, choices, inhibitions, decisions, and even the ideas and ideals, are raised by him into his own prolem. That's why Rama's problem it's a problem of all of us. It's of all of us in the sense that we do not know when he can call this problem solved. He could call it solved when he won for first time the elections for the head of municipality in Tirana, but it wasn't so and he tried for 2nd time. He won it for 2nd time too, and could call it solved, after he left some signs and did some things, but no, he tried for 3rd. Than for the 4th time again, until a time that he pretended for the Prime Minister chair. And here we are, he did it, and he would like more and more, wants to leave many other signs.

There is a problem with the problem of death Rama history, as there is a risk that people with such a problem unsolved and insoluble, it may be important to not have some other things which are seen to be a politician care of others, as may be humility, accountability, honesty, morality and public opinion, worry about the public and national interest etc.., etc..

Rama, as well as others that have his problem, have a way out from this trap. Let's hold, and let them have big time, ambition and passion to leave their mark on the history trail, but at the same time they should do their best to persuade theirselves that there are things that are more important in this world, and that - for those politicians - ambition and passion to be met in respect of the rules of the game, especially in respect of the election free and fair, in respect of opponents associates, in respect of the laws of the state, and crucially, in respect to the fact that there are others who have the same problem with death, history, therefore they have the same passion and ambition to do things to trace.

It looks like this is what Rama forgets, when he says what he told to the French reporters. And if he forgets this all the time, if he only sublimates his trouble, may come a time that, his desire to do some things and to leave signs in the history can be judged, from himself, more genuine, more meaningful and more important than the "stupid" rules of a democratic game, than the national and public "abstract" interess than the meaninless needs of others that aren't agreeing with him to compete etc., etc..

And this is the circumstance, when his anxiety can be trouble of the Whole community. Far from it!

Diplomats: Finally free elections

Carola Müller-Holtkemper German ambassador in Tirana expressed very happy with parliamentary elections, when she declared that the Albanians finally managed to hold uncontested elections.

"After decades in which elections are contested, the Albanian people succeed. I think that the Albanian people should be proud of this achievement thereof. According to German observers, with whom I had a long conversation at the embassy after the election, spoke more positively to their development. So from the beginning I had to answer your question by saying that after a few decades, Albania held elections, which correspond to European and International standarts. With this achievement I think your way
to Europe is open. Now is the time to be naturally euphoric, which is what I understand as it is deserved. The future will not be easy, but my advice is: Be thankful to your programs, stand true renaissance and return to reality, "said Carola Müller-Holtkemper.

"Berisha accepted that the right coalition losed these elections, and this is an European behavior" said Holtkemper.

"It was a great relief after the tension had begun to grow. He came to declare victory and defeat his opposition Wednesday evening. But Monday was obvious that the camp and left can win situation took doses tension, after all wondering what will happen next. From past experience Albanians were concerned. The action of Mr. Berisha gave everyone the latest safety that Albania can behave like a normal European country, "said Carola Müller-Holtkemper.

German top diplomat, whose country will have a greater weight in the decision in December to Albania's status as a candidate country, which already claims three laws were adopted, standards were elections, the incumbent government and it's new Prime Minister Rama, should strengthen the fight against corruption and organized crime.

"Meeting of the Council of Ministers of the EU at the end of this year will look very favorable in these positive developments in Albania. Do not forget that Albania was asked to approve three laws that have already voted integration and imple introduced in September. Another requirement related to the elections, which went very well. There are two other issues related to the fight against corruption and organized crime. My understanding of the new Albanian government will deal with these issues. I followed with interest the statement of Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who said that his government should operate at full capacity. There are all possibilities until the end of December to build a Thracian-record in combating corruption and organized crime, "said German Ambassador.

Even the French Ambassador in Tirana, Mrs. Christine Moro gives a positive attitude about how the elections were held June 23.

"From the beginning I want to emphasize that the general elections went very well. Unfortunately there were some instances of violence and killing. It was a pleasure to see such a clear result including the statement of Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who knew the score. It's all very positive. I think we are at the beginning of a process that will continue throughout the summer. I am confident that everything will go gently. I hope so because Albanians have expressed their will, "said Mrs. Moro.
