Thursday morning, Andon Mëhillaj, the Albanian police fugitive turned himself in Vlora District Prosecutor's Office.
Hidden from the moment of the announcement looking like charges of terrorism financing, as well as cooperation with murder, Andon Mëhillaj, the man who allegedly paid customers for the known killer Julian Sinanaj, surrendered at the Local Prosecution, accompanied by a his friend.
Police became aware later of this submission. First estimates show that a friend of his, the owner of premises in Vlora was contacted and asked to bring Andon Mehillaj to the prosecutor. Mëhillaj during his surrender at the prosecution stated that he is innocent of the charges that have been raised.
