Minister of Social Welfare, Erion Veliaj, declared the making of a criminal report to the head of the Blind Associacion, Sinan Tafaj.
In a joint press Veliaj has announced that Tafaj is suspected for embezzlement. "Sinan Tafaj accused of disappearance of 1.2 million dollars," said Veliaj.
Minister has warned that it would reconsider the ability for all those who receive disability pensions, as according to him there were many abuses.
Sinan Tafaj is one of the heads of protests that persons with disabilities are developing to counter the government's reform this category.
