Interurban transport is causing difficulties

Protests of the 8 +1 van car drivers continued again in a few cities. Once they stopped along the national Korca - Pogradec axis, near the village Lumalas they have blocked one side of the road asking police to check all vehicles and passengers not to allow violations, creating difficulty in movement of passengers.

Unanimously they have contested decisions that have blocked their work days.

Blocking of vans movement has brought confusion to the transport sector, travelers say bus movement is impossible due to the schedules while the taxi cost is unaffordable.

A similar protest was held in the town of Lushnja, where 8 + 1 van car drivers were stacked in the center of town.

Kukes is also protesting against the decision to remove the interurban transportation vans. Association of Directors of vans have announced that on Friday from 9:00 to 10:00 to blockade the nation's highway, on a country lane called 'Black Drin Bridge'.
